●  QA Leadership & Function Setup

• Act as the QA Team Lead and establish the QA function within the organization.

• Define QA standards, testing strategies, and best practices.

• Build and improve the QA workflow with AI tool

●  Test Planning & Execution

• Design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

• Oversee automated testing for App and Website

• Ensure proper testing coverage for functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

• Coordinate testing activities with Product Managers and Engineering teams to make sure all the test are covered and done the test by development team

●  Automation & Quality Improvement

• Drive initiatives to improve test automation coverage.

• Recommend and implement appropriate QA tools and automation frameworks.

• Integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline to improve release quality.

●  Defect Management

• Track, prioritize, and manage defects using issue tracking tools.

• Work closely with developers to investigate and resolve defects.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement quality improvement measures.

●   Fintech System Quality & Compliance

• Ensure the quality of systems related to payments, remittance, and financial transactions.

• Validate system accuracy, reliability, and data integrity.

• Support compliance requirements and internal audit processes where applicable.

●     Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Operations teams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Communicate testing progress, risks, and release readiness to stakeholders.
