DeeLight defines how quickly and reliably payments are delivered, setting clear service standards for speed and accuracy.
DeeSure sets the rules for tracking and resolution, guaranteeing an automatic refund if a transfer is not completed within three working days.
Together, they set the expectations for how DeeMoney delivers and stands behind every payment.
How can I use DeeLight & DeeSure?
DeeLight & DeeSure are automatically available to all DeeMoney customers for transactions made via the DeeMoney App or at branches for transfers to more than 80+ countries. With DeeLight, your money reaches its destination on time, and with DeeSure, if a transaction is not completed within 3 working days*, funds are automatically refunded.
** “Three working days” refers to the processing time calculated excluding weekends and public holidays in both Thailand and the recipient's country.
DeeLight: Fast, Reliable Money Transfers
DeeLight aims to complete 90% of transactions within minutes to 24 hours.
Processing time: Most transfers are completed within minutes to 24 hours (For working days in both Thailand and receiving countries)*
Payout network: Enhanced networks increase efficiency.
Timelines: Clear timeframes provide predictability.
*External factors such as banking networks, regulatory reviews, and public holidays may impact processing times. if a transaction is not completed within 3 working days*, funds are automatically refunded. (Public holidays, weekends, and non-banking days in the sending or receiving country are not considered working days).
DeeSure: Security and Timely Delivery
DeeSure ensures that customer funds are safeguarded in segregated accounts that are compliant with Bank of Thailand regulations until deposited into the recipient's account.
Fund protection: Customer funds are held separately from operational accounts.
Automated Refunds: If a transaction is not completed within 3 working days* funds are automatically refunded.

Exceptions Apply
The Service Level Agreements listed above this section DO NOT apply in the following cases:
If your transaction is held by compliance on either sender or receiver party and face delays requiring further investigations or documentations to support the transaction details. You will be contacted in case of this exception.
Wrong or Inactive Bank accounts are not eligible to receive funds.
Technical / Network related issues at Send or Receive side.
