1. Promotion Overview

DeeMoney is celebrating our return with zero transfer fees for 60 days! Customers can enjoy fee-free transactions by using the promo code WEBACK during the promotion period.

2. Promotion Period

  • The promotion is valid from 7 July 2025 to 5 September 2025.

  • Transactions must be initiated and paid before 11:59 PM (Bangkok Time, GMT+7) on the last day of the promotion.

3. Eligibility

  • This promotion is available to all DeeMoney customers who transfer money via the DeeMoney mobile application or website.

  • The promo code WEBACK must be entered at the time of the transaction to qualify for the fee waiver.

4. Promotion Mechanics

  • Customers must enter the promo code WEBACK to enjoy zero transfer fees on all eligible transactions.

  • No minimum transfer amount is required.

  • The promo code applies to international money transfers from Thailand to any payout destination supported by DeeMoney.

  • Each customer can use the promo code up to maximum of 5 times during the promotion period.

5. Additional Terms

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other promo codes, discounts, or offers.

  • The promo code cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

  • Transactions that are canceled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent will not qualify for the promotion.

6. DeeLight & DeeSure Conditions

This promotion is also supported by DeeLight & DeeSure, which are automatically activated for all DeeMoney customers.

  • 90% of transactions are completed within minutes to 24 hours.

  • An enhanced network ensures efficient transfers.

  • Clear processing timelines allow customers to plan accordingly.

  • External factors such as banking networks, regulatory checks, and holidays may affect processing times.

DeeSure: Security and Timely Delivery

DeeSure ensures that customer funds are safeguarded in segregated accounts that are compliant with Bank of Thailand regulations until deposited into the recipient's account.

  • Fund protection: Customer funds are held separately from operational accounts.

  • Automated Refunds: If a transaction is not completed within 3 working days* funds are automatically refunded.

*Three working days" refers to the processing time calculated excluding weekends and public holidays in both Thailand and the recipient’s country

7. Reservation of Rights

  • DeeMoney reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility and the authenticity of transactions.

  • DeeMoney may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • If fraudulent activity or misuse of the promo code is detected, DeeMoney reserves the right to disqualify the participant from this and future promotions.

  • DeeMoney is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may prevent participation in the promotion.

8. General Terms

  • All transactions are subject to DeeMoney’s standard Terms & Conditions.

  • In the event of disputes, DeeMoney’s decision shall be final.
